Hamlet Downs Country Bed and Breakfast offers guests the option of beautifully restored comfortable and cosy B&B or Fully Self-Contained accommodation.

Hamlet Downs is nestled in Tasmanias picture perfect Derwent Valley. Overflowing beds of cottage garden favourites intermingled with natives surrounds the cottage.

These melt into a generously sprawling vegetable patch, which in turn leads to an orchard and a series of water ponds and developing water gardens.

There is a walking track along our creek and around extensive dams where our resident platypus, bird life and other wildlife are often seen.
