Hobnobs award-winning restaurant at Westbury has built up a reputation for quality food, beverages and service over the last six years.
The quality of our food and friendly service remain the same, but Hobnobs has changed to a daytime coffee shop, offering delightful morning coffee and afternoon tea treats as well as delectable lunches from a constantly evolving menu.
Hobnobs is fully licensed, so you can enjoy a selection of reasonably priced wines with your meal. Relax in a delightful garden setting in fine weather, or in cosy comfort by an open fire in winter.
Varying with the seasons, you will find gourmet items such as a range of preserves (for example, in summer try our cherries - pickled, poached or preserved in port), dried mushrooms, local olive oils, Ginseng spice from 41 Degrees South, ham off the bone from Tasmanian Pure Smallgoods, our home-made black pudding, Wivenhoe pork pies, patês, terrines and much more.
You can also purchase herbs straight from our garden to help you create your own culinary delights at home. Also available from our deli is a range of Le Fournil breads and croissants.
Here at Hobnobs, Peter produces what he thinks of as old fashioned, honest food - free of fillers and preservatives, created from the best seasonal, local produce. His holistic approach means that scraps are returned to the food chain in the old fashioned way - to the chickens producing our free range eggs and into compost for our kitchen garden.
